Emily Szczepkowski is rooted in Fort Wayne. Born and raised here, she strives to give back to the community that has given her so much. After completing her undergraduate degree in West Lafayette, Ind, and earning her juris doctorate in Bloomington, Ind., Emily returned home to practice law. 

Emily’s practice has always been centered around families. Her first experiences were in family law. Next, she represented the State through the Department of Child Services. Soon thereafter she returned to private practice and family law where she gained experience in divorces, post-dissolution matters, and paternities, as well as in adoptions. Later, she expanded to guardianships all while continuing to grow her family law practice.  She now supports a robust practice of matters all focused on the family in Allen County and surrounding counties.

If she’s not in the court room advocating for your family or in the office collaborating with you on your case, you can find her at home with her husband and children.
